Privacy

The Avenues Mall (53, 55 and 57 Fife Avenue, Avenues, Harare, Zimbabwe) runs this website. We collect only what we need to sell, deliver and improve.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address if you choose delivery, the items, how you plan to pay and, for gifts, the name and phone number of the person receiving it.
• When you ask for an item or a shop to lease: your name, WhatsApp number and what you tell us.
• When you browse: a random visitor number stored in a cookie, the pages and products you view, searches and items added to the basket, and the link or QR code you arrived from. We use this to count visitors and improve the site. It does not contain your name or number.

How we use it

• To pass your order to the shops that sell the items, pack it at the Avenues Collection Desk, deliver it and take payment.
• To send you updates about your order on WhatsApp, if you agree at checkout.
• To send new arrivals and offers on WhatsApp only if you agree. Reply STOP to any offer to stop. Order updates continue.
• To measure how the mall and each shop are doing, so we can fix what slows shoppers down.

Who sees it

Each shop sees the items you ordered from it and your order number. Shops answering an "ask the mall" request see only your first name. Our rider sees the delivery details. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for business and tax records, and browsing records for up to two years.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we do not need to keep. WhatsApp us on +263777228746.
