How ordering works

1. Add items from any shop. Your basket can hold items from several shops and from the Avenues Store.
2. Place your order and send it on WhatsApp. You get an order number and a private order link.
3. Shops confirm. Each shop checks stock. Anything unavailable is removed before you pay.
4. The desk gathers everything. Shops hand your items to the Avenues Collection Desk.
5. Collect or receive by bike. Pay at the desk, on delivery or online, as shown at checkout.

Pay your way

Prices are set in US dollars. At the Avenues Collection Desk or on delivery you can pay with:

• Cash in US dollars
• ZiG, in cash or by transfer, at the day's rate
• EcoCash, InnBucks, OneMoney or O'mari
• Card: Visa, Mastercard or ZimSwitch at the desk

You never pay for an item before its shop has confirmed it is in stock. You get a receipt for every payment.

Lay-by

Look for the Lay-by label on items. Choose Lay-by at checkout and collect at the desk.

1. The shops confirm your items.
2. You pay a 20% deposit at the desk, in any of the ways above. Your items are kept for you at the desk.
3. Pay the balance in as many parts as you like within 6 weeks.
4. Collect when it is fully paid.

If the balance is not paid in time, the items go back to the shop and your payments are refunded according to the mall's lay-by terms, which the desk explains before you pay the deposit.

Gifts for family at home

Order from anywhere in the world for someone in Harare. Tick “This is a gift” when you send your order and give their name and phone number. They collect at the desk or our rider delivers to them. More about sending gifts.
